可持续绿色材料混杂复合材料的开发与表征
Development and characterization of hybrid composites from sustainable green materials

本研究主要评估了由可持续绿色材料(黄麻纤维和木质颗粒)制备的混杂复合材料的动态力学热分析(DMTA)、力学性能、物理性能和润湿性能。采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制造复合材料。通过DMTA测试确定了储能模量、损耗模量和tan δ值。结果表明,在玻璃化转变温度(Tg)以下,黄麻/聚酯树脂的储能模量优于黄麻-木质/聚酯混杂复合材料和木质/聚酯复合材料。但在Tg以上的温度范围内,混杂复合材料的刚性相对提高。损耗模量和tan δ峰值的Tg数据证实了混杂效应。力学性能测试表明,黄麻/聚酯试样的抗拉强度相比黄麻-木质/聚酯混杂复合材料和木质/聚酯试样显著提高。物理性能测试结果显示,木质/聚酯试样的厚度膨胀率、吸水率和含水量均低于黄麻/聚酯和黄麻-木质/聚酯复合材料。木质/聚酯复合材料获得最高的接触角。研究表明,性能增强的复合材料可作为新型绿色复合材料在各个领域应用。
