双尺度预制体填充模拟的新方法在复合材料制造中的应用

液体复合材料模塑(LCM)工艺中使用的某些纤维增强体具有双尺度结构特征,导致纱束与通道间在细观尺度上存在流动不平衡,进而产生孔隙、干点等不可控缺陷,严重影响宏观尺度上型腔填充的整体流动行为。本研究提出了一种新的双尺度纤维增强体细观尺度填充模拟方法。该方法通过在代表性单胞(RUC)沿程施加压力梯度,并在纱束与通道子域间实施Stokes-Darcy耦合匹配条件,以确定纱束的填充过程。与传统方法(假设通道内压力均匀分布,仅对多孔介质流体建模)不同,本方法能够考虑通道内流体压力梯度(流体运动)、空气可压缩性与溶解、流向相关的毛细压力、真空压力等因素,并能捕捉纱束内孔隙动态演化的多种现象,包括压缩、等体积流动、从纱束向通道迁移等。同时分析了这些现象发生时纱束与通道子域内的速度矢量和流线分布特征。
