双喷头3D打印策略改善连续玻纤增强聚酰胺6复合材料表面质量

提出了一种双喷头3D打印技术来制备具有夹层结构的连续玻纤增强PA6(CGF/PA6)复合材料。采用短玻纤增强PA6长丝打印表面层,连续玻纤增强PA6长丝用于内部结构以提供高机械性能。研究了CGF/PA6长丝的形貌和打印复合材料样品的性能,系统优化了打印工艺参数。结果表明,当复合材料样品的CGF/PA6部分厚度为2.8 mm时,打印产品的弯曲强度和弯曲模量、缺口冲击强度和层间剪切强度分别达到275.4 MPa、10.8 GPa、168.2 kJ/m²和26.5 MPa。该双喷头3D打印策略对连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTPC)的精密制造具有重要意义,由于其优异的机械性能以及抗振动和耐腐蚀能力,可广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、风力叶片、造船等工业领域。
