原位自动铺纤过程中基于三维有限元的数据驱动热模型

本研究提出了一种数据驱动模型,用于预测热气枪(HGT)辅助自动铺纤(AFP)工艺中热塑性复合材料原位固化过程的热历史。通过建立三维有限元(FE)模型,将模型预测结果与实验测量的温度数据进行拟合和验证。从拟合的有限元模型中提取了不同热源速度、厚度方向和宽度方向位置组合条件下的温度曲线。采用三个前馈神经网络分别进行训练,以预测加工过程中的温度分布。研究结果表明,利用神经网络进行在线预测和工艺优化具有显著的有效性和应用潜力。该方法为热塑性复合材料自动铺纤工艺的温度控制和质量保证提供了新的技术手段,可实现对复杂温度场的快速准确预测,为工艺参数优化和实时过程控制奠定基础。
