真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺因其可靠性和成本效益已成为高性能复合材料生产的有力替代方案,特别是在对减重至关重要的航空领域。然而,VARTM工艺生产的复合材料部件的环保影响评估仍存在认知空白。本研究采用生命周期评估(LCA)方法,对加热VARTM工艺制造的热固性复合材料层板的环境影响进行了定量评估。为支持决策制定,将VARTM复合材料部件的生产过程与传统高压釜成型工艺进行了对比分析,并通过LCA考虑了不同的生命周期末期(EoL)处理方案和能源结构的影响。研究结果表明,能源消耗是加热VARTM部件环境影响的主要来源(占33%),其次为碳纤维、树脂、消耗性材料和废弃物。对比分析显示,高压釜成型工艺具有更优的环保性能。在EoL管理方面,超临界水解回收工艺(配合热能回收)表现最优,可将VARTM制造部件的环境影响降低25%。本研究强调了采取可持续实践的重要性,包括降低能源消耗、采用低碳能源结构和推行回收工艺,以改善VARTM复合材料的环保性能。
