刚性粒子填充复合材料树脂传递模塑工艺与诱导力学性能耦合的数值模型研究

本研究提出了一种树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺与氧化铝单分散球形粒子填充复合材料力学行为的耦合数值模型方法。该方法将RTM工艺模型与基于均质化方法的力学性能计算策略相结合。RTM模型由三个子模型组成:第一个模型描述悬浊液流动,第二个模型模拟流动前沿推进,第三个模型模拟纤维介质对粒子的截留过程。注射模拟结束时获得的纤维介质中粒子浓度分布结果作为均质化力学模型的输入数据。均质化数值模型基于采用泊松过程构建的微观结构代表体积单元建立。该耦合模型在单一操作中同时实现粒子填充复合材料的制造工艺模拟和诱导力学性能预测。采用有限元方法对复合材料的九个弹性性能进行了模拟验证,确认了所提方法的有效性。研究还探讨了后期填充对诱导力学性能的影响。该耦合方法为粒子填充复合材料的工艺设计和性能优化提供了有效的数值工具。
