仿生连续碳纤维增强树脂复合材料的集成3D打印

摘要整理
受虾蛄螯肢高强度微观结构特征启发,采用自建集成3D打印工艺成功制备了具有层状螺旋结构的仿生连续碳纤维(CF)增强丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂复合材料。根据连续碳纤维增强ABS树脂的集成3D打印工艺要求,将仿生结构模型划分为10层圆柱体实体,纤维铺层方向从0°螺旋递增至45°。3D打印的连续碳纤维在ABS基体中实现了设计的特定排列方向,再现了虾蛄螯肢的层状螺旋结构特征。仿生层状螺旋结构的存在通过连续碳纤维的断裂和拔出机制,使仿生复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击韧性均高于纯ABS基体和单向连续碳纤维排列的ABS/CF复合材料。集成3D打印仿生复合材料的优异力学性能证明了3D打印方法和仿生层状螺旋结构设计的有效性和可行性,拓展了碳纤维增强热塑性树脂复合材料的制备方法和工程应用领域。
