不同生产工艺和混杂化对玄武岩纤维、亚麻纤维和黄麻纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响
Effects of different production methods and hybridization on mechanical characteristics of basalt, flax, and jute fiber-reinforced composites

复合材料产品的先进性能和高质量在很大程度上取决于生产工艺。本研究考察了三种不同生产工艺和混杂化工艺对亚麻纤维、黄麻纤维和玄武岩纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响。材料采用手工铺层、真空袋压和真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)三种方法制备。通过硬度测试、拉伸测试和吸水性测试确定试样的物理和力学性能,通过显微图像分析研究复合材料的纤维行为。拉伸测试结果表明,采用VARTM工艺制备的均质试样相比真空袋压工艺提高1.4%~16.4%,相比手工铺层工艺提高7.3%~22.5%;混杂试样采用VARTM工艺相比其他两种工艺的拉伸强度提高7.3%~35.3%。硬度值测量结果与拉伸强度数据相符。吸水性分析结果表明,手工铺层工艺制备的试样吸水量低于其他两种生产工艺制备的试样。
