三维蜂窝织物复合材料的电磁波吸收与弯曲性能研究

为解决传统三维蜂窝电磁吸收复合材料易发生分层且力学性能低的问题,采用普通织机设计并织造三维蜂窝织物。以碳黑/羰基铁粉/玄武岩纤维/碳纤维/环氧树脂(CB/CIP/BF/CF/EP)为主要成分,通过真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备三维蜂窝织物电磁吸收复合材料。研究表明,CB/CIP复合吸收剂属于磁损耗型吸收剂,添加CB/CIP显著提升了复合材料的吸收性能,增加了吸收峰值和有效吸收带宽(EAB),但弯曲性能有所下降。归一化分析结果表明,当厚度为15 mm时,三维蜂窝织物复合材料的力学性能与电磁波吸收性能达到最优匹配。通过分析复合材料断裂后的形貌特征和位移-载荷曲线,确定弯曲失效模式包括纤维束脆性断裂、基体开裂和典型剪切失效。尽管存在上述失效机制,三维蜂窝织物电磁吸收复合材料仍保持良好的整体性,未出现分层现象。
