三维缝合复合材料力学性能与失效模式的实验研究
An experimental investigation of the mechanical properties and failure mode of 3D stitched composites

本研究通过实验系统地调查了三维(3D)缝合复合材料的力学行为和失效模式,并与等效二维层板进行了对比分析。三维复合材料板材采用手工缝合工艺制备,以玻纤织物为基体,芳纶纱线作为缝合增强,通过真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺与环氧树脂成型。对两类材料进行了三点弯曲、夏比冲击、双悬臂梁(DCB)和短梁剪切(SBS)等力学测试。DCB测试结果表明,缝合增强纱线的作用有效抑制了分层裂纹的扩展,显著提高了3D复合材料的断裂韧性。然而,缝合工艺引入的损伤(如纤维断裂、纤维错位、纤维波纹以及树脂富集区)导致材料的弯曲强度和剪切强度下降。研究还发现,缝合虽未显著影响冲击韧性,但能有效阻止分层快速扩展,防止灾难性失效,从而增强了材料的损伤容限性能,特别适用于航空航天应用领域。
