自动纤维铺放(AFP)是航空航天零件批量生产中广泛应用的制造技术。深入理解铺层缺陷对性能的影响对零件和铺层设计至关重要。当前结构仿真数值模型缺乏对AFP层合板内部结构的精确表征,这对理解缺陷对力学性能的影响至关重要。本文提出了一种基于高分辨率显微计算机断层扫描(micro-CT)的新方法,对AFP制造的试样进行扫描,自动生成包含真实制造缺陷形态的细观数值模型。该模型采用从micro-CT体积分割的铺层生成六面体网格,考虑了铺层厚度和面外纤维取向。通过拉伸加载下的力学测试和数字图像相关(DIC)技术对该方法进行了验证。仿真结果与实验测试高度吻合,准确反映了各种缺陷配置(如间隙和搭接)中纤维波浪形对性能的影响。研究表明,铺层缺陷可导致拉伸性能下降12%,每个缺陷在局部应变中产生独特的应变分布模式。该模型可作为进一步数值仿真和不同加载条件下缺陷配置代理模型的基准。主要创新包括:基于micro-CT的含缺陷AFP层合板稳健六面体网格生成;局部面外纤维取向映射;弹性变形中不同应变模式的识别;有效宏观力学行为的精确捕捉。
