PTFE-玻纤层级编织/环氧复合材料的自润滑与高摩擦学性能研究

本研究采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)与玻璃纤维混杂纤维,构建层级编织结构作为复合材料增强体。通过PTFE包覆玻璃纤维进行编织以实现层级结构,随后采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备复合材料。对所制备复合材料进行摩擦学性能测试。结果表明,由于PTFE转移膜的形成,复合材料具有自润滑特性和较低的动摩擦系数。扫描电镜(SEM)观察证实了转移膜的形成。在20 N、30 N和40 N载荷条件下,摩擦系数分别为0.112、0.105和0.096。实验摩擦系数结果通过混合理论得到验证。PTFE-玻纤编织环氧复合材料兼具自润滑特性和良好的力学性能,使其成为传统湿式轴承零件的可行替代方案。
