液体复合材料成型(LCM)工艺中的流动模拟对于优化工艺参数和预测制件质量至关重要。本研究建立了双尺度流动模拟框架,用于分析热固性树脂传递模塑(T-RTM)工艺中反应性聚酰胺6(PA6)在纤维预制体中的流动行为。在孔隙尺度,通过格子Boltzmann方法(LBM)或直接数值模拟(DNS)捕捉流体在纤维束间的微观流动特征,获得孔隙尺度的渗透率张量;在宏观尺度,利用孔隙尺度的计算结果作为本构关系输入,采用有限元方法(FEM)模拟树脂在整个纤维预制体中的宏观充模过程。该方法考虑了PA6树脂的反应性特性,包括聚合反应动力学对粘度的影响,以及温度场对反应速率的耦合作用。通过对比实验验证,模拟结果与实际充模时间、流动前沿位置的偏差控制在10%以内。该双尺度耦合模型能够准确预测不同工艺条件(注射压力、模具温度、预制体厚度)下的充模规律,为T-RTM工艺的工艺优化和缺陷预测提供了有效的数值工具。
