本文提出了一种Fugo型3D打印机圆筒平台上模型自动放置与动态质量平衡的方法。由于打印鼓的旋转运动,非对称模型放置会导致系统失衡、振动加剧和打印缺陷。提出的解决方案分为两个阶段:首先对展开的圆筒表面进行模型的几何堆积优化,其次采用基于梯度的优化算法调整模型的角度位置,以最小化失衡函数并使质量中心与旋转轴对齐。该方法通过建立失衡评估模型,量化旋转过程中的动态不平衡,并通过迭代优化实现质量分布的自动均衡。在Fugo型打印机上的实验验证表明,该方法显著改善了旋转稳定性和打印质量,降低了因振动引起的表面缺陷和尺寸偏差,提高了打印精度和成功率。
