FRP反流振动承载壳体不均匀性原因分析与工艺优化

为改进测试系统性能,需要构建测量承载体并优化壳体设计。为获得有效可靠的测试数据,要求测试系统的测量不确定度达到3dB。然而测试结果表明壳体内外的测量结果存在较大差异,严重影响测量精度。本文从人、机、料、法、环五个环节对FRP壳体的声传递性能进行了系统的原因分析,识别出FRP壳体声传递性能不良的主要原因。采用单面真空吸附成型工艺方法进行工艺优化,取得了良好效果,达到了预期目标。通过该工艺改进,壳体内外测量数据的一致性得到显著提高,测试系统的测量不确定度得到有效控制。
