本研究探索了一种创新的电阻焊接技术在先进热塑性复合材料(TPCs)中的应用,重点关注可持续性、力学性能和回收潜力。研究采用热塑性树脂Elium®作为复合材料基体和填充材料,实现均质结构接头。该方法旨在寻求传统粘接方法的可持续、高性能替代方案,在时间、成本、可回收性和环保影响方面具有优势。为提高焊接质量,预先优化了多个工艺参数,包括压力、温度和电流;通过叠加一层或多层单向预浸碳纤维带改变焊接区厚度,并按ASTM D1002标准进行表观剪切强度测试评估力学性能。实验分析表明接头表现出高力学性能,突出了该技术作为粘接剂粘接可持续替代方案的潜力。与传统方法相比,Elium®复合材料电阻焊接具有快速装配、可回收性强和环境影响最小化的优点。研究成果为汽车、航空航天等先进领域的应用提供了有前景的机遇。
