CFRP筋预应力无箍筋反应粉体混凝土梁的疲劳性能研究

本文系统研究了碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)筋预应力无箍筋反应粉体混凝土(RPC)梁的疲劳性能。试验共测试6个试件,分析了剪跨比、荷载幅值和钢纤维含量对梁疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:弯曲破坏型RPC梁的疲劳损伤演化分为两个阶段——快速发展阶段和稳定阶段;而剪切破坏型RPC梁的疲劳损伤发展迅速,疲劳寿命显著降低。试验结果建议不应省略RPC梁的剪切加固,特别是对于腹板较薄的梁,在疲劳荷载作用下可能发生对角张力剪切破坏。基于试验数据,建立了CFRP筋预应力RPC梁的疲劳挠度预测方法,并开发了累积损伤模型用于评估CFRP筋预应力RPC梁的疲劳损伤。
