本研究开发了一种AB2型钛锰基合金,具有低工作压力和优异的活化性能,适用于紧凑型储氢罐。优化后的合金成分为Ti0.75Zr0.25Cr0.75Mn1.2 + 1.5 wt.% Ce,经规模化制备后,最大储氢容量达1.87 wt.%,并具有优异的氢活化特性。将规模化制备的合金与5 wt.%铝泡沫复合,可使储氢罐的放氢速率提高50%。制备的铝罐原型储存57.8 g氢气,能够稳定供氢给220 W燃料电池,实现额定功率连续运行。该研究为紧凑型、低压储氢系统提供了具有工业应用潜力的材料解决方案。
