4D打印连续纤维增强蜂窝结构复合材料的力学性能与形状记忆效应

提出并拓展了一种打印策略,用于制造具有均匀纤维分布和交织的多样化几何形状的连续纤维增强复合材料(CFRCs)蜂窝结构。通过制备三角形填充蜂窝结构复合材料详细阐述了打印策略的具体过程。系统研究了打印参数和结构参数对打印CFRCs力学性能及形状记忆性能的影响,并基于打印路径建立了有限元(FE)模型以模拟和分析拉伸过程。实验结果表明,仅引入3.8%的纤维含量即可显著提升拉伸强度超过300%。增加孔胞长度能够通过改变结构内纤维的取向和排列度有效增强拉伸性能。相反,孔胞长度的增加和进一步增加纤维含量对复合材料的形状恢复率呈现负相关,对形状变化材料产生不利影响。研究表明,通过调节几何参数和纤维含量可以优化3D打印连续纤维增强复合材料的力学性能和形状记忆效应。
