3D打印连续纤维增强复合材料辅助结构的实验研究

辅助结构具有负泊松比(NPR)特性。由于其独特的变形机制,辅助结构具有卓越的机械性能,包括压痕抗力、剪切抗力、断裂韧性和能量吸收能力。然而,刚度和承载能力是辅助结构的薄弱环节。连续纤维增强复合材料3D打印技术能够制造轻质、高刚度的复杂结构,为改善辅助结构的不足提供了理想的制造方法。本研究调查了3D打印连续纤维增强复合材料辅助结构的力学性能。采用连续纤维增强复合材料3D打印技术制造了两种类型的辅助结构,通过改变纤维路径配置探索纤维分布对力学性能的影响。进行了单轴拉伸试验,评估了连续纤维增强复合材料辅助结构的拉伸性能和泊松比。结果表明,在质量增加较少的情况下,拉伸模量和强度得到显著提高。通过合理分配增强纤维,可以增强辅助特性。然而,连续纤维的加入对所选辅助结构的性能表现不同。总体而言,五个试样中有两个在所有测试中同时实现了刚度、强度和辅助性的改进。
