3D-Printed Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites: A Systematic Review

摘要整理
纤维增强复合材料具有优异的各向异性力学性能,将其与3D打印技术相结合产生了许多创新研究方向。本综述总结了3D打印碳纤维增强复合材料的研究方法和主要发现。重点关注商业化打印机和耗材,其结果具有可重复性,研究成果可应用于功能性零件。由于3D打印工艺参数可灵活调整,已成为众多研究的重点。除纤维取向、纤维体积分数和铺层序列等典型复合材料因素外,填充密度、填充图案、喷嘴速度、层厚、构建方向、喷嘴温度和床温等打印参数均对力学性能产生显著影响。利用3D打印的独特优势,除传统单向纤维取向外,同心纤维环结构已被用于优化零件的力学性能。本综述调研了短切纤维和连续纤维碳纤维复合材料3D打印的相关文献,为该领域的技术现状、存在的局限性和新的研究前沿提供参考。
