高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)因其优异性能已成为现代管道系统的首选材料。在众多连接技术中,对接熔融焊接是连接HDPE管道最广泛应用且最经济有效的方法。为满足焊接质量和长期可靠性不断提高的需求,本综述系统总结了近年来增强HDPE管道焊接接头整体性能的研究进展。首先阐述了HDPE的本征材料性能与可焊性的关系,介绍了对接熔融焊接的原理与工艺流程,深入分析了焊接缺陷形成的机制与影响。其次综述了破坏性检测(DT)和无损评估(NDE)技术在焊缝质量评估中的最新进展,以及关键焊接工艺参数的优化方法。此外,重点阐述了HDPE材料的新兴改性策略对提高焊接强度、结构稳定性和接头整体完整性的潜在作用。在此基础上,综述指出了现存的技术障碍和知识空白,并提出了未来研究方向,旨在推进下一代高性能HDPE管道系统的基础理论和实际应用的发展。
