预浸连续纤维增强复合材料(PICRC)与3D打印技术的结合产生了PICRC 3D打印技术。在实际PICRC 3D打印过程中,现有的PICRC打印喷头在补偿丝进给过程中容易发生堵塞,严重降低了打印成功率。本文分析了PICRC 3D打印喷头堵塞的机制,并探索了解决方法。通过优化打印喷头的过渡段长度、打印速度和高温段长度等工艺参数,使喷头能够适应连续纤维的进给特性。优化后的打印喷头有效解决了打印过程中的堵塞问题,显著提高了PICRC 3D打印的成功率。该研究为预浸连续纤维复合材料的增材制造提供了重要的工艺优化方向。
