在航空航天级复合材料的服役期间,工艺参数和工艺缺陷可能成为关键因素。该领域大多数研究主要关注工艺缺陷与力学性能的关系,但工艺参数和工艺缺陷对恶劣服役条件下复合材料服役寿命的潜在影响研究较少。本工作研究了热湿老化对碳纤维/聚醚酮酮(CF/PEKK)复合材料力学性能的影响,以及自动铺纤(AFP)工艺参数与工艺缺陷的相关性。将含有间隙和搭接缺陷的CF/PEKK层板在长期(90天)热湿老化环境中进行处理,以模拟实际服役条件。含缺陷复合材料样品在30天时达到饱和点,质量增加0.2 wt%。老化过程导致结晶度增加约14%,但化学结构未改变,表明PEKK基体发生了后结晶。尽管热机械性能在老化过程中下降约25%,但储存模量受工艺参数和工艺缺陷的影响较小。根据老化后的弯曲和剪切测试结果,采用更高的压实力(600 N)和更低的铺层速度(0.1 m/s)可以最小化间隙和搭接缺陷对AFP复合材料服役寿命的影响。
