超声焊接是热塑性复合材料零件连接的一项前景广阔的技术。在该技术的放大和工业化过程中,理解其受制造公差的影响至关重要。本研究旨在调查错位粘接件对热塑性复合材料静态超声焊接的影响。通过改变夹紧配置产生不同的错位角度。结果表明,粘接件间错位角度增大会降低功率消耗、增加工艺时间,同时降低焊缝均匀性并增加过热风险。这些影响与不同夹紧配置对焊接过程中能量导向器和粘接件循环应变的作用有关。通过增加夹紧距离来降低上粘接件弯曲刚度,可显著减轻粘接件错位对焊缝质量的不利影响。
