本文详细阐述了采用真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)工艺制造薄壁铝蜂窝夹芯复合材料结构、板材及试样的分步制造工艺流程。蜂窝夹芯结构通常由夹在两层面板之间的蜂窝芯层组成,通过胶粘剂粘接而成。本研究采用真空辅助树脂注入技术,将铝蜂窝芯层直接粘接在碳织物增强环氧树脂复合材料面板之间,实现了一体化制造。研究制备了两种配置的蜂窝夹芯复合材料板材:(1)蜂窝孔隙内不填充任何材料;(2)蜂窝孔隙内填充聚碳酸酯塑料颗粒作为填充材料以增强板材刚度。该工艺充分利用真空辅助树脂注入的优势,实现了铝蜂窝与碳纤维增强复合材料面板的有效粘接,同时通过填充材料的引入进一步改善了夹芯结构的力学性能。该制造方法为轻质高强夹芯复合材料结构的工业化生产提供了可行的技术方案。
