通过改进VARTM工艺在乙烯基酯/竹纤维复合材料表层注入粘土矿物粉体的表面阻燃性能研究

生物基阻燃复合材料的机械性能因需要大量阻燃剂(FR)以及阻燃剂与聚合物/天然纤维间界面相互作用有限而显著下降。本研究通过改进真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺来解决这些问题,采用双进液口和双出液口设计,实现阻燃剂填充树脂在表层与纯树脂在其余层的同步注入。以蛭石粘土矿物(VCM)为阻燃添加剂,通过三辊磨和顶部搅拌等机械混合方法将其分散于乙烯基酯(VE)树脂中。采用竹纤维织物(BF)作为增强体,制备VC-VE/BF阻燃生物复合材料。显微和光谱分析证实了粘土矿物在复合材料中的分散性和相互作用。阻燃剂负载侧表现出优异的阻燃性能,峰值热释放速率(pHRR)为467.1 W/g,热稳定性相比复合材料其余部分提高44%。研究结果表明热学和力学性能均得到改善。该研究为生态友好型阻燃复合材料的设计提供了新思路。
