Concurrent Measurement of Local and Global in-Plane Permeability of Reinforcement Fabrics through Real-Time Image Processing

增强织物的渗透率等性能通常以体积平均的方式表征,但织物微观结构可能存在空间变异性,这使得设计有效的树脂灌注策略以实现无缺陷复合材料制造变得困难。本研究提出了一种同步测量局部和整体面内渗透率的并发方法,并提供了评估空间变异性的便捷技术。实验装置与单向面内渗透率测试相似,但织物需沿经纬方向角平分线切割和测试。通过实时视频监测和自主编写的代码,采用实时图像处理技术分析树脂流动前沿的演变过程。随后在区域和整体范围内应用Darcy定律获得局部和整体面内渗透率分量。结果与径向渗透率实验结果具有良好的一致性。局部渗透率的统计分析表明微观结构变异性遵循正态分布。X射线显微计算机断层扫描提供的织物微观结构完整描述表明,局部渗透率与微观结构变异性密切相关,验证了所提方法的有效性。该方法能在单次测试中同时获得织物结构变异性、局部和整体面内渗透率,无需依赖昂贵的体积成像技术。
