连续超声波焊接是一种高效、节能的热塑性复合材料结构连接技术,具有高速焊接的优势。然而,现有研究表明焊接界面处存在大量脱固结孔隙,导致接头强度明显下降。本研究通过在焊接装置中添加固结鞋(consolidation shoe)来改善连续超声波焊接接头的质量。基于静态超声波焊接工艺,采用分步法确定所需的固结压力、固结鞋尺寸及其与超声波换能器的距离。研究发现,最近的固结距离虽然最接近静态焊接条件,但并未改善焊接质量,焊缝线和被焊件中仍存在明显孔隙。而在最远的固结距离条件下,获得了高质量的连续焊缝,孔隙率几乎为零,接头强度显著提高。研究结果表明,合理设置固结器的位置对消除焊接缺陷、提高连续超声波焊接接头质量具有重要意义。
