通过反向扫描获取真空辅助树脂传递模塑关键工艺参数在大型纤维增强复合材料制品制造中的应用

软件流动分析通常用于优化树脂通道布置方案。本研究采用GeoDict软件和反向扫描技术,建立了快速孔隙率和渗透率估算方法。一维树脂流动和Easyperm测试结果对比表明,所提快速估算方法获得的孔隙率和渗透率参数偏差为10%。将获得的参数代入Moldex3D模型,模拟真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺中个人水上运动艇船体的树脂流动过程。模拟结果与实际浸润结果对比表明,将快速估算方法与Moldex3D相结合,能够准确模拟大型纤维增强复合材料(FRP)制品中的树脂流动(偏差<8%)。该方法可应用于大型风电叶片FRP部件和大型FRP游艇组件的制造,以提高工艺规划效率和产品稳定性。
