连续纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)复合材料3D打印缺乏系统的参数规划理论框架。本研究针对预浸料-树脂共挤出工艺,开发了一套分步参数规划方法,将形态学控制与力学性能目标相结合。相对挤出系数、层厚和铺放间距作为关键参数进行分步规划。相对挤出系数由目标纤维含量确定,通过截面形态学分析建立了层厚与相对挤出系数的关系。引入铺放间距因子,提出了基于单丝自由沉积宽度和多丝沉积宽度的两种铺放间距计算方法,并通过实验验证。通过表面与截面表征、弯曲性能测试和层间剪切强度测试,系统研究了工艺参数的影响规律。通过分析纤维含量、孔隙率和纤维束完整性,阐明了工艺参数的作用机制。采用优化的参数框架制备的试样获得了243.97 MPa的弯曲强度、17.45 GPa的弯曲模量和25.58 MPa的层间剪切强度。本研究为高性能复合材料3D打印的工艺参数配置提供了指导。
