近几十年来,3D混凝土打印技术取得了重大进展。然而,未经增强的打印构件通常不符合现有建筑标准和规范,因此不能用作承重构件。研究与应用之间仍存在差距,尽管已有多项提案,但标准商业化的3D打印结构构件增强解决方案仍在期待中。本研究提出的技术受复合材料工业启发,称为基于流动的增材制造拉挤工艺。增强材料采用长纤维和对齐纤维提供,可产生横向各向同性复合砂浆。本文展示了首个实验装置和对打印材料进行的材料测试结果。研究表明拉伸强度和延伸率均得到提高。与XtreeE公司合作开发的工业原型正在进行中。该新型设备已能够打印长度为1.5m的梁体,其下表面采用碳纤维增强。
