本研究的主要目的是综述熔融沉积成型(FDM)技术在连续纤维增强复合材料(CFRCs)3D打印中的应用研究现状。首先介绍了增材制造(AM)技术的生产工艺概况,随后阐述了FDM技术的基本原理。系统总结了CFRC打印相关文献,涵盖增强材料类型、基体材料、研究主题、所研究的力学性能指标及样品尺寸等内容。重点讨论了各种前处理、工艺参数及后处理条件对CFRC力学性能的影响规律。通过对比分析不同工艺条件下的研究结果,揭示了工艺参数(如打印温度、打印速度、层间粘结强度等)与复合材料最终力学性能(包括拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击韧性等)之间的关联机制。该综述为优化连续纤维增强复合材料的FDM打印工艺、提高产品质量提供了重要的理论参考和技术指导。
