聚合物基复合材料增材制造因其工艺灵活性和高比强度特性在航空航天工业中获得快速发展。Toray公司近期开发了一种新型连续碳纤维(CCF)/聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂基复合材料长丝,纤维体积分数高达50%,相比传统短纤维和低纤维体积分数的连续纤维复合材料具有显著的力学性能优势。本研究采用熔融沉积成型(FDM)工艺对该新型材料进行了系统研究,通过试验设计(DOE)方法定量评估了打印工艺参数对制件质量的影响。研究涵盖的打印工艺参数包括打印高度、喷嘴温度、打印速度和流量。研究结果表明打印工艺参数与制件表面粗糙度、尺寸精度、结晶度和微观组织结构之间存在明确的相关性。所获得的最优打印工艺条件可为后续CCF/PPS复合材料的科学研究和高性能构件制造提供指导。
