为提高3D打印碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)制件的质量和力学性能,本研究提出了分层相干复合扫描路径方法制备3D打印CFRP层板,并通过正交试验和单因素试验研究了层厚、首层厚度、喷嘴温度和打印速度等工艺参数对CFRP制件力学性能的影响规律。采用灰色关联分析方法对正交试验结果的多目标参数进行分析,基于试验结果对3D打印CFRP工艺参数进行了优化。研究结果表明,工艺参数对CFRP层板力学性能的影响程度从大到小依次为:层厚、喷嘴温度、首层厚度和打印速度。最优工艺参数组合为:层厚0.25 mm、首层厚度0.2 mm、喷嘴温度180°C、打印速度45 mm/s。在该参数组合下,样件的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和层间剪切强度(ILSS)分别达到52.77 MPa、276.63 MPa和38.56 MPa,灰色关联度提升至0.845。
