连续天然纤维增强复合材料空间曲面三维打印方法

开发了一种基于熔融沉积成型(FDM)技术的五轴三维打印机用于制造连续亚麻纤维增强塑料(CFFRP)复合材料零件的方法。传统FDM打印零件存在需要支撑结构、阶梯效应明显和力学性能不理想等缺陷。为解决这些问题,本研究首先制备了连续天然纤维预浸丝材,其次通过曲线路径规划生成G代码,最后采用五轴三维打印机进行打印。打印零件的表面质量得到显著改善。与平面分层方法相比,三维打印CFFRP试样的压缩强度和模量分别提高了29%和522%。该方法充分利用五轴打印机的多轴联动优势,实现了复杂空间曲面的高效制造,有效改善了打印件的表面质量和力学性能,为天然纤维增强复合材料的增材制造提供了新的技术途径。
