本文系统研究了连续生产工艺中辊筒配置对50K碳纤维束浸渍质量的影响。碳纤维束(50,000根单丝)在细粒水泥基悬浊液中进行浸渍,重点考察了辊筒数量、辊筒挠度和旋转速度等关键工艺参数对矿物浸渍碳纤维(MCFs)性能的影响。形态学分析表明,不同辊筒配置导致纤维-基体分布存在显著差异,这种差异在MCFs的弯曲性能中表现最为明显。当纤维-基体分布最优时,MCFs的单轴拉伸试验结果表明其拉伸强度、弹性模量和断裂伸长率均达到最佳水平。研究结果为矿物浸渍碳纤维的连续化生产工艺优化提供了重要的技术参数指导,对提高MCFs在混凝土增强等应用领域的性能具有重要意义。
