超声波传播法评估碳纤维预制体层间渗透性

增强纤维预制体的层间渗透性对大型厚壁复合材料板材的树脂注入工艺至关重要,但目前缺乏标准化的实验测定方法。本研究建立了一套基于脉冲回波超声波传播的非饱和层间渗透性测量装置。采用单个超声换能器同时作为超声波的发射和接收器,在真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)实验过程中实时监测树脂流动锋面的层间传播。对三种厚壁碳纤维预制体进行了测试,这些预制体通过热粘合工艺堆积而成,包括平衡铺层或单向铺层,采用自动纤维铺放或手工铺层方式制备。利用达西定律对超声数据进行处理,计算非饱和层间渗透率。将所得渗透率结果与传统重量法测定的饱和层间渗透率进行对比,并通过解析模型进行验证。结果表明,该装置具有非接触式测量特点和单侧访问优势,在渗透性测量中具有可行性和应用潜力,为复合材料工艺优化和质量控制提供了新的技术手段。
