自动铺纤(AFP)技术中的纤维束间隙是机器人纤维沉积过程中产生的典型自动化制造缺陷,会通过降低结构强度和刚度来影响复合材料结构的完整性。虽然文献中已有关于该缺陷对复合材料层板力学性能影响的实验研究,但目前仍缺乏针对AFP技术制造的分布式间隙缺陷层板的高效数值/解析损伤评估方法。本文提出了诱导缺陷层法(IDLM),一种用于含间隙缺陷复合材料层板损伤分析的鲁棒性介观-宏观模型。该方法通过引入几何参数——间隙百分比(GP),将诱导间隙的影响融入材料点的弹性、非弹性和软化行为中。该方法能够同时评估树脂囊的塑性和失效以及层内复合材料损伤,且无需在有限元模型中将缺陷区域定义为树脂单元。该方法适用于多层复合材料结构中任意分布的缺陷,是大型复合材料结构连续体损伤分析的有力工具。研究结果表明,所提方法能够考虑间隙对含缺陷复合材料层板弹性和非弹性行为的影响,与实验结果具有良好的一致性。
