薄壁复合材料零件真空树脂灌注工艺的实验与数值研究

本文提出了一种新的真空灌注工艺建模方法,用于复杂形状三维复合材料零件的制造。该方法和数值技术重点关注可靠的预测精度和消除复合材料结构中的不可恢复缺陷(如干斑)。文中展示了大型航空复合材料面板中干斑形成的两个实验案例,并分析了缺陷产生的原因。数值技术基于液态树脂向多孔预制体的真空灌注过程,将其视为两相流动,采用相场方程与Richards方程耦合描述,其中Richards方程描述具有空间变化压力相关孔隙率和饱和度的非饱和土壤流体运动。该问题表述能够准确重构树脂流动锋面运动过程,以及根据其运动规律预测内外干斑的形成。为快速检测预制体中易产生缺陷的可疑区域,提出并通过数值实验验证了两个过程模拟中计算的指示器。利用有限元模型仿真结果,在MATLAB环境中开发了辅助程序工具,能够准确检测干斑的形成时间、位置和尺寸。该研究对于提高真空灌注工艺的可靠性、降低航空航天复合材料零件的缺陷率具有重要意义。
