自适应平面欠驱动压实机构在自动纤维铺放头中的应用

自动纤维铺放(AFP)系统通过将纤维压贴在芯模非平面表面上来适应复杂曲面结构,其中压实机构至关重要。传统压实机构采用独立执行器驱动压实辊以适应曲面,而欠驱动机构相比之下能提高自适应性和功能性。本研究介绍了用于自动纤维铺放头的平面欠驱动压实机构的概念设计与分析。首先确定了设计需求和前提条件;其次基于变胞设计理论构建了具有双稳结构的新型平面欠驱动压实机构;建立了解析模型以深入理解机构的运动特性;通过算例和仿真结果验证了概念设计的可行性。研究表明,所设计的平面欠驱动压实机构在相同工作条件下,接触力的标准差远低于传统压实机构,显著降低了接触力波动。最后讨论了欠驱动机构的潜在应用前景。该研究证明所设计的压实机构提高了定位的可调性、鲁棒性和重复性,能够简化AFP系统在生产复杂结构时的运动规划,为自动纤维铺放技术的发展提供了新的思路。
