自动铺纤过程中不同预浸料层间粘性的分析与表征

预浸料粘性在自动铺纤(AFP)工艺中对制件质量起决定性作用。本研究旨在探究工艺参数对两种预浸料之间粘性的影响,并找到最优参数组合以获得高粘性。同时,利用表面特征评估粘性的决定机制。首先,基于理论模型建立了预浸料层间粘性的剪切测试方法。其次,通过单因素法研究了铺纤速度、压实力和材料温度等工艺参数对粘性的影响。结果表明,工艺参数对两种预浸料体系的粘性影响差异显著,EH918预浸料的粘性力远低于M21C预浸料,这是因为EH918预浸料表面树脂层厚度更薄,甚至不均匀。最后,采用响应面法研究工艺参数间的相互作用,找到了不同预浸料材料的最优参数组合。研究表明,不同预浸料材料呈现出不同的最优粘性参数组合。这些结果对于通过调控工艺参数来满足特定制造需求、控制预浸料粘性具有重要指导意义。
