自动铺纤工艺制造热塑性聚合物复合材料

本文对热塑性和热固性聚合物材料进行了对比分析。针对油气工业用聚合物基复合材料(PCM)产品的制造,研究了聚合物基体和增强填料的选择问题。通过对现有聚合物基体类型和增强填料的系统分析,为满足油气工业对PCM产品的最大化性能需求,提出采用聚苯硫醚(PPS)作为聚合物基体,单向碳纤维作为增强填料。采用熔融浸渍工艺和自动铺纤技术制备了复合材料样品,并进行了实验室测试。研究结果表明,该材料体系具有良好的工艺可行性和性能指标,为油气工业应用提供了新的材料解决方案。
