自动铺纤工艺中改进的路径离散化方法

在自动铺纤工艺中,由于铺纤头无法连续追踪预设的曲线路径,需将连续的铺纤路径离散化为有限个路径点。然而,作为空间曲线的铺纤路径离散化必然引入误差。本文针对复杂双曲面结构的纤维铺纤提出了改进的路径离散化算法。首先,将离散误差分解为法向和副法向两个分量,分别阐述其与铺纤工艺的关联性及对铺纤质量的影响。其次,采用微分几何方法分析副法向误差与纤维束重叠的关系,通过压力实验和有限元方法讨论法向误差对铺纤力的影响。最后,在双曲面上验证了改进的路径离散化算法,并与传统路径离散算法进行了对比。结果表明,相比弦偏差离散化算法,离散路径点数平均减少45.8%;相比等弧长离散化算法,减少63.1%。该方法在保证铺纤质量的前提下,显著提高了离散效率,为复杂曲面自动铺纤的工程应用提供了技术支撑。
