自动铺纤层合板缺陷及其与自动光学检测结果的关联性研究

自动铺纤(AFP)技术是大尺寸碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)零件制造中应用广泛的生产工艺。然而,褶皱、间隙和搭接等制造缺陷仍是当前AFP生产环境中的常见问题。本研究系统调查了不同缺陷配置对AFP层合板力学性能的影响,包括拉伸强度、弯曲强度和剪切强度。通过在线铺层检测系统获取的数据与力学性能进行关联分析。采用Pearson相关系数方法,将测量的缺陷体积与含有不同类型缺陷的试样强度进行关联。研究发现,间隙或搭接缺陷导致层合板内纤维产生显著波浪形变形时,拉伸强度出现明显下降。传感器数据分析显示了相似的趋势,缺陷体积高的试样拉伸强度值显著降低。缺陷体积与拉伸强度之间的相关系数为−0.98,表明两者具有强烈的负相关关系。该研究结果为AFP工艺的自动化质量检测提供了有前景的技术基础。
