A short review on recent advances in automated fiber placement and filament winding technologies

自动铺纤(AFP)和缠绕工艺(FM)的最新进展推动了工艺技术理解的不断深化,使得能够生产更精密、成本和材料利用率更高的铺层方案,为新应用开辟了道路。AFP技术源于自动铺带工艺(ATL),不仅能够模拟手工铺层过程,还允许根据需要调整纤维和束的排列方向,实现载荷优化的铺放模式、堆积序列和零件结构,从而提高机械性能并显著降低材料浪费。机器人缠绕工艺(RFW)的发展使该技术能够制造高度复杂的轻量化结构。本综述介绍并讨论了两种自动纤维对齐工艺的最新发展,包括主要优势和所用材料。针对ATL和AFP工艺,重点关注了非航空航天应用领域的发展动向。此外,还概述了干纤维铺放领域定制纤维铺放(TFP)工艺的进展,以及机器人缠绕工艺在自由曲面和无芯缠绕(CFW)建筑应用中的新进展。
