自动铺纤中被动舞动辊张力控制系统建模

自动铺纤过程中纤维预浸料的张力需保持恒定。纤维铺放末端执行器在复杂飞机面板模具表面运动速度变化剧烈,严重影响张力控制精度。本文提出了主动控制与被动控制相结合的张力控制策略。放纤电机直接控制纤维张力,设计的被动舞动辊作为张力扰动衰减装置,实现对低频速度变化的实时补偿。建立了包含被动舞动辊动力学特性的张力控制系统非线性模型,分析了舞动辊参数对扰动衰减性能的影响。采用H∞混合灵敏度方法设计控制器。在自动铺纤(AFP)机上稳定铺放速度下,获得约2%的张力控制精度;实验表明在最大加速度4 m/s²条件下,张力波动不超过1 N。该研究为复杂曲面自动铺纤中的张力稳定性提供了有效的技术方案,对提高复合材料铺层质量具有重要意义。
