自动铺纤中气动压辊的压力控制

在自动铺纤(AFP)工艺中,压辊与模具间的接触压力是关键工艺参数。接触压力过小或过大均会导致铺纤缺陷。本文重点研究AFP中接触压力的控制方法。首先建立压脚机构的动力学模型,推导输入气压与输出力的数学关系;其次采用基于缓变递推辨识算法的自适应PI控制算法,实现压辊输出力的伺服控制;再次利用Abaqus/CAE有限元软件建立接触面积与位移传感器测量值的映射关系,实现接触面积的实时预测;最后通过结合接触力伺服控制方法与接触面积预测方法,建立接触压力控制方法。实验结果表明,恒压控制方法能有效稳定接触压力,在本文设定的实验条件下,压力波动幅度小于4%。
