自动铺纤中分段滚筒的压实压力分布与压力均匀性

在复杂曲面模具上进行自动铺纤时,不均匀的压实压力分布限制了单次铺放的纱束数量,影响铺层质量。压实滚筒对压力分布有直接影响,但两者之间的关系尚未被广泛探索。本文采用分段压实滚筒,通过分析滚筒与预浸料层之间的接触关系,建立了通用曲面铺放的压实压力分布理论模型,并进行了实验验证。基于该模型,提出了单点压力均匀性和全路径压力均匀性两个指标来定量评估压力分布。进一步对比了分段滚筒与普通滚筒的压力分布和压力均匀性,以及两种压力分布对铺层质量的影响。研究结果表明,所建立的模型能够预测压力分布并为分析铺层缺陷提供依据;分段滚筒能够提供更均匀的压实压力,有助于改善铺层质量。
