自动纤维铺放(AFP)是一种复合材料制造技术,用于制造轻质、性能优异的复杂先进航空器结构。AFP工艺涉及设计、工艺规划、制造和检测等多个复杂阶段,每个阶段都对最终制造质量有重要影响。本文通过系统综述AFP制造的全生命周期,从结构设计、工艺参数优化、制造工艺执行到成品检测等环节,阐述了各阶段的关键技术要点和相互关联性。重点分析了现有AFP技术在铺放精度、工艺稳定性和质量控制中存在的主要问题,包括纤维皱褶、起皱、铺放偏差等缺陷的形成机制与控制方法。同时探讨了数字化设计、实时监测、在线检测等新技术在AFP中的应用前景。综述最后针对实现闭环AFP制造过程提出了关键挑战与解决方向,包括建立完整的质量反馈机制、发展智能化工艺控制系统、优化设计-制造-检测的协同机制等,为推进AFP技术向更高自动化、更高可靠性方向发展提供了参考。
